~"Canine Social Networking" Class:
(4 week Program)
Monday evenings/6pm/7pm) in Mahone Bay.
This fun class gears towards socialization & play for dogs, with some obedience (basic manners) and one on one individual behaviour consults all wrapped into one class.
(A fun and relaxing time for owners and their dogs, with a bit if structure into the class and help for individuals with specific problems they might have with their dogs at home.( i.e. jumping up, pulling on leash, chewing things up in the home, and barking, just to name a few.)
This will also exercise the mind & body and will also prevent winter boredom for both owner & dog, and it will build a better relationship with your dog and other dogs.
Dogs must be social with other dogs & people. I am only able to take small number of dogs per class(5-8) so the play does not get out of hand. I would like to group the dogs with other like minded dogs,and sizes, so I will be offering 2 hours of this class back to back, so I may get owners to switch hours so dogs and owners can have different social skills available to them, with different dogs.
( If your dog has social issues, please contact me for a private session with one on one dogs, to help your dog ease slowly into a comfortable social situation. I'd be happy to help any dogs with social issues.)

Attention Seniors with dogs…..
"Meet and Greet, Social for seniors & their Dogs." Mondays 11am - 12oon.

Mahone Bay is home to many wonderful Canines, and is also home to a large population of wonderful seniors.
Dittos canine Learning Centre would like to offer special program shaped and developed just for seniors and their dogs.
A program called "Meet and Greet, Social for seniors & their Dogs."
This fun class gears towards socialization & play for their dogs, with some obedience (basic manners) and one on one individual behaviour consults all wrapped into one class. (A fun and relaxing time for Seniors and their dogs to get together, with a bit if structure into the class and help for individuals with specific problems they might have with their dogs at home.( i.e. jumping up, pulling on leash, chewing things up in the home, and barking, just to name a few.)
This would give the opportunity for other seniors who own dogs to meet each other, give the dogs some social time, and a fun & exciting evening out.This will also exercise the mind & body and will also prevent winter boredom for both owner & dog, and it will build a better relationship with you and your dog.
I don't believe there has been ever been a class like this suited just towards the senior population and I am very excited to offer our second year of this class!!
We will have coffee and baked goods & snacks available each week, and encourage the seniors to share or bring in things.
(Dogs should get along with most other dogs and show no human aggression at all.)
